Because WARC runs the first mile itself, traceability and quality are by-products of the operating model, not paperwork bolted on at the border. Every lot is sourced back to the hub that grew it.
The principle
How is WARC supply traceable?
Built, not bolted on
WARC delivers the inputs and records activity at hub level all year. Traceability falls out of running the first mile ourselves — it is not added at the end.
Origin to the hub
Every lot is sourced back to the originating Trading Hub, not just a country of origin — so the chain can answer questions about where and how a crop was grown.
Quality at aggregation
Crops are sampled, tested and graded at the point of aggregation, before they ever leave the hub. The data travels with the lot.
Quality assurance
Four checks before a lot leaves the hub

Sample
Representative sampling at intake, recorded against the supplying farmer group and hub.

Test
Moisture, aflatoxin, free-fatty-acid and impurity testing against the buyer's specification.

Grade
Cleaning, sorting and grading to agreed quality tiers; off-spec lots are diverted, not blended.

Document
Quality and origin documentation compiled per lot, traceable to the hub and season.
Regenerative provenance
Grown regeneratively, recorded from day one
WARC's supply base is trained in regenerative practice — cover cropping, reduced tillage and agroforestry — through 100+ women-led training hubs, with soil-health monitoring built in. That provenance is captured as field data, so regenerative claims are evidenced, not asserted.
